Deine Aufgaben
- Mit eigenem Input unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung der Kommunikations- und Marketing-Strategie. Hierbei liegt der Fokus vorrangig auf externe Kommunikation.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, aber nicht allein: Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner arbeitest du eng mit den unterschiedlichen Akteuren zusammen, insbesondere mit Geschäftsleitung, Produktmanagement und Grafik.
- Du verantwortest den Content-Plan und bespielst unsere Medien. Du bist mittendrin und hast Termine und Themen im Blick.
- Im Einklang mit unserer Strategie generierst du eigenständig Content für unterschiedliche Medien.
- Unserer eigene Software cellms® gehört zu deinen wichtigsten Werkzeugen. Du arbeitest regelmäßig damit. Als einer der Early-Adopters testest du neue Features und nimmst direkten Einfluss auf Weiterentwicklungen.
- Du bist über unsere Produktentwicklung und über aktuelle Projekte bestens informiert und jederzeit bereit, darüber zu berichten.
- Du unterstützt bei Marktbeobachtungen, Analysen, Reportings und Präsentationen.
- Du hilfst gelegentlich bei der Organisation von Events.
Dein Profil
- Dein Gespür für Themen zeichnet dich aus. Du hast ein Händchen für (Bewegt-)Bild und Text.
- Du bringst eine besondere Affinität für die Bereiche der Software-Entwicklung und des Marketings mit.
- Du verfügst über eine ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Mit sozialen Netzwerken kennst du dich hervorragend aus und du hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit Paid Avertising gemacht.
- Die Grundsätze der Suchmaschinenoptimierung sind dir bekannt und du kennst dich idealerweise mit Tools wie Google Search Console, Sistrix, Google Analytics oder Matomo saus.
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Personen in einem technischen Umfeld.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, termingerecht und zielorientiert.
- Du studierst Wirtschafts-Kommunikation, Medienmanagement, Medienwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing o. Ä.
- Du bist mindestens noch ein Jahr als Student immatrikuliert und wöchentlich ca. 20 Stunden verfügbar

cellms® is used by our customers. We provide them, such as the Academy of Media Arts Cologne, the SPD or Promos consult, with continuous and sustainable support for their digitalisation projects. Our project and product management comes from a single source and is oriented towards the concrete needs of the users.
