Wir suchen für unser Büro in Berlin eine verantwortliche Fachkraft, die die Organisation und Verwaltung voll im Griff hat - eine qualifizierte Einarbeitung ist selbstverständlich
Deine Aufgaben
Verwaltung / Buchhaltung und Personal
- Büroorganisation, Telefon, Termine, Schriftverkehr
- Rechnungsablage und Kontrolle
- Gehaltsabrechnung, Reisekosten etc.
- Rechnungen erstellen
- Durchführung und Überwachung Zahlungsverkehr
- Unterstützung der Buchhaltung mit Option auf Mitarbeit
- Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und Kunden
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den o. g. Aufgabenfeldern
- Qualitätsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datev Unternehmen online und Lexware Lohn/Gehalt
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und weiteren MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Organisationstalent mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und souveräne Kommunikation

We, the escape team, are toolmakers, futurists and digital agency at the same time. We have been developing software solutions since our foundation in 1996. Ten years ago, we started with the development of our in-house software cellms®.
